Idk about van or reefer. But solo flatbed students start at .42 and get raised to .45 by the end of the year. .01 raise every quarter. Then every year there after. Caps out at 7 years. Same rank bonus applys. Move big miles get .05 cpm check every quarter after you rank up. I pull in .57

I only train flatbed students. If you want to try flatbed it might be able to be arranged. But not necassarily easy to arrange. There are a shortage of flatbed mentors, while the van division ocassionally trains our drivers, we never train anything but a flatbedder. But if you wanna try that i could ask Driver Development about it when they get in Monday.

Yeah, still debating you guys and FFE. Swift would be closer, as it is out of OKC, and I'll be in Lawton(Altus) when I move to OK. FFE would be about 100 miles farther down in DFW,TX
