Swift - New Pay Scale complete details

I’m going to qualification next week and was told 55¢ a mile to start. Yeah, I know there could be a difference between what a recruiter promised and what actually happens. I was told I’d be running an East coast region

 

Dry van, or reefer?

Probably your main concern should be at this point -- whether or not you get a really good trainer.

Wished I had started out with Swift -- instead of Schneider.

Swift has some good load and routs, I drove their customer freight loads in one company and the rates were reallyyyyy good. Never drove for them directly
