Swift or Con-Way TL?

Why are you locked into just two companies? Have you been out on the street going to other trucking companies? To me if I'm going to make a life change as big as driving is I would want to know that I did everything I could to get the best company I could find. You can find employment on -line but don't expect to find the better jobs. There's many reasons that I would go door to door before I pick on-line but the most important reason would be because you never know if a great company needs a driver. I would have people call me on the phone and ask for a job and I would say no every time. The reason is if you can not come and see me then you must not want the job that bad. The job would go to the driver that came in once a month to see if anything has changed or to update the application.

Of course it's up to you what you want out of a company but I'd would rather start at the top and work down any day of the week than start at the bottom and work up for choices of jobs. Good luck.

 

31st not to bad. interview is pretty basic. work, driving, criminal you need around $2,200 for school with rm & bord. conway picks up the rest after your first load. then no more commitment.
