You should be at .37 at the end of your first year with schneider. Swift, I have no Idea what their new pay is now.
I ran for both and I have liked Schneider better.
Their freight is similar. You'll do a lot of distribution centers. Usually a lot of drop and hooks. I run more miles with Schneider and I get dispatched a lot faster.
Swift was very easy for me, but the money wasnt very good and I was driving about 1500-2500 miles a month for free because of how they routed me forfuel and how off their trip mileage was.

Schneider is open door everything. You wont be talking to somebody through glass and your dispatcher wont be hiding behind a security door.

Schneider also has a lot of drovers who stay on a while. 5 years seems to be normal before people get wanderlust and look for that greener grass.

I like the big orange culture.

I did both. Swift gives raise after 3 months idk about sni.

Schneider training was more in depth but it's pass fail saw 6 people sent home not really because of there abilities you had to kiss the osr te and trainer at the yards butts. It's very political there seniority rules too I was forced northeast from the Charlotte terminal no Texas no south in general.

Swift was political because no one knew each other. More miles all there trucks were nice hardly any apu.
