Which terminal? I drove for Swift from 2010 to 2018 out of the Lathrop terminal as an owner operator. I left after Knight screwed up the owner operator program.

Never seen a film from that franchise, but I do think that Keanu is a phenomenal actor. I'm anticipating the next installment in the Matrix franchise. I'll also have to check out Keanu & Matt Kindt's Brzkr comics.

No it was Knight. Swift had a program where O/Os could work directly with a broker and negotiate our own rate. Knight killed it the first day.
Lathrop had good people. Get to know the planners and work with them. Be willing to take loads others don't want and they will reward with good follow up load. Most planners through out Swift work that way.Speed_Drums and lual Thank this. -
Orention went well. Passed the road test easily and was the first time in an automatic truck.
One guy failed the road test and got sent home for hitting a curb.
They said all on my end is done. When the drug test comes in wed or Thurs be ready to head out I have a trainer all ready.
