I know quite a few people who failed it, I didn't have the heart to tell them that it's not in place. Of course, that could change overnight, so I dare not quote anything.
Oh good heavens! I'm an overweight 53 year old woman and I got into shape enough to pass it! It's not like it's training for the SEALS. I think they dropped it so they didn't have to pay for it. My personal opinion.
so, are they still lifting weights. and when did anyone start doing that? no one did weights when i got into the profession. least that big red school i went too didn't. it was just whiz and eyes. 8 years ago.
So the work well test was only performed by Swift? And its the work well test that had the heavy lifting, not the DOT? Then what all do you do during the DOT test? THX!
The DOT physical is a very basic physical. You pee in a cup, they check your vision and hearing. They check your blood pressure and your heart and lungs and maybe a little range of motion in your neck. That's about it. No physical ability tests at all.
