swift recruiting flat bed drivers

I started tat star as well 4 months in I was done with them.

 

Swift is bad but so TMC with their keep it clean or else policy and Melton with their keep the trucks weight down with inspections at the teminals and the all intrusive camera and dont forget the 3 tarps with 8 ft drops... Im talking about these companies policies not the drivers..... I do respect the drivers who try hard and bust their ### for these companies.

 

What's wrong with keeping your truck clean? I'm not a TMC fan but I'll give them some credit for demanding a clean truck.

Whoaaa, Whoaaa, come again, I just said yes to swift and will be attending orientation. I have experience with them as a previous refer driver. Did expediting now want to get into flatbeds, so why not go with who I know to gain experience.....however, if I have to wait six months then this is not worth my time, unless you had to wait due to inexperience? Thanks.....

 

The long wait is for brand new drivers who have to wait for a flatbed mentor. Since you have exp with swift already you can just take the class and be on your way.

 

I already had flat experience but not with swift That could have been the reason also where I was located

 

Well it would be nice to get the class and start rolling, although I know I will miss the tips and tricks of the job not going out with a mentor. However, want to start putting some cash in my pocket....thanks for the information.
