Nobody realizes the power of money? You have something like money, joe has a service, you want a service done a certain way.... you are the boss. Is it really this complicated? Maybe we need to have a different word than boss? Is it too bossy?

    Chief? Nah
    Captain? Nah
    General? Nah

    Consumer? YES!

The consumer in America (every money spending person in America) controls who stays in business and who goes out of business.

Basically a company can not contract with another company that does the same thing... Ex. A Plumbing company can not contract with another plumbing company... A trucking company can not contract with another trucking company.

The way it was explained to me was that in California and OO can not contract loads through another trucking company... Even if the OO does this with multiple companies and is not exclusive to one company. Not just OO leased onto another Carrier are affected by this.

I wonder how many brokers, contractors, carriers CA will push out of the state? Maybe its their plan for the future "leaving the United States, with full going away party hosted by the other 49 states".

I don't think the middle class have a choice. I am a middle guy and I left CA. Coudn't afford the "sunshine taxes". Loved the lakes, sunshine, and fishing...But just could not justify the expense.

As long as California continues to produce the massive percentage of Amercan's food that it currently does, the trucks will roll in and out of there...one way or another.

Its not a matter of trucks entering and leaving California... Its a matter of OO based in California not being able to contract with a california based trucking company.

This will, of course, not interfere with Californian companies hiring Mexican o/o's, or Mexican companies hiring Californian o/o's.

Clearly, it wont have any impact on illegal operators either.

Gotta 'love' being able to sit back and watch Globalists destroy the economy, one little piece at a time.

Oh yeah, roses too. Not being all sappy, but if you have ever seen all those farms around Bakersfield when they are in bloom...well, it is really impressive.
