    I hear ya. It applies to my own situation, too. Today I'd definitely go union if I got back into trucking. No way would I put my fate in the hands of the (manipulated) free market. I got enough of the vultures pecking at me during my first go-round. I'm not doing that again. Now it's "union or nothing".

    I think that the mentors and the o/o get top priority with loads..... don't expect the same as a company driver, expecially if you went regional instead of deciding to tackle all 48.

    Yes, there are women drivers at Swift. Alot of husband and wife teams, and several female solo's.
