Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

I use the analogy, "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig." Plenty of ways to whitewash it and try to explain it away. -
They may be able to monitor your voice, but they can not tap in to your phone.
Big difference.
It is not so much Big Brother yet, but Little Brother it is.
(Do any of the new generation even get that reference?)
And they do try to explain it away so that the driver won't become 'too' paranoid.
Maybe they don't realize that some of us are informed enough to be paranoid for a good reason.
With the camera I had, a Cobra, the only way to access certain things was through WiFi - and Swift's cameras have WiFi.
Through an app you could access it in real time or download any video clip that was currently stored.
Even if they can't see and hear in real time, like they tell us, they can probably download watch the last few clips that ended a few seconds ago. -
-
And that is only when they are listening.
They have to be actively watching.
With the number of drivers in Swift, they can not be watching and grabbing random clips on a wide scale basis.
Do you realize how many people that would take, just to find a small percentage of us that was doing or saying something bad?
The cost would be, well, very great.
15,000 drivers would require 150 people to scan even 1% of all available footage.
Multiply that by whatever amount, the cost would skyrocket.
Add to that, more than 85% of Swift drivers are on time and safe. So what would they be looking for with those drivers?
The bad drivers they 'could' fire, even without additional video and audio sources.
And for those simple reasons, I have stopped worrying about it.FerrissWheel, inkeper and Chinatown Thank this. -
Filled out an app for Knight, just seems the recruiters for Knight just aren't as proactive as the swift recruiter I'm dealing with, the swift recruiter has called me a few times sent me emails telling me what I need to do before attending the acadamy, but with the knight recruiters I have just played machine tag, don't pick up the phone when I call.

DSW Trucking in Phoenix has their own school. I think the school owns the trucking company.
Keep trying Knight though; seems a pretty good outfit to get started with. -
OTE="Chinatown, post: 5143429, member: 70690"]I don't know what to tell you on that. Just keep trying.

I know that; get a life or take some Midol.
Give the guy some positive advice or don't bug him.
Any dummy can figure out they pull Swift trailers simply by looking at the website. You have some serious issues it seems by the way you lash out at people. Relax and try to figure out why you're so hostile to the world.
What's a "jerkwad", you've called me that several times over the past few months. I don't really care what it means; just curious because I've never heard that before. -
