Good for you, man! I quit about six months ago and it was rough but gets better quick. At $10/pack here the money saved is nice.

A friend of mine uses those Vuse cigarettes. He seems to like them. I've seen them at truck stops and 7-11.

I love smoking but I know its bad for my health and I have been smoking for 17 years minus the few months I quit a couple times before, I figure this time its different since I want to spend the money on my kids instead plus be alive for them in 20 years. Here its $5-7 a pack and I smoked a pack a day.

Good luck with quitting. I didn't have problem kicking cigs over 10 years ago personally. After the first week it was all good, now Copenhagen seems to have me by the short hairs now though...

I tried the ##### snus when i was on my mentors truck but decided not to get into that habit, I should of stayed away from the cigs after not touching 1 for a month. Thats my big problem I will have one with a drink, then it turns to 2 then 3 and before I know it im back on them again.

I tried that snus stuff on a job and that led to buying a can then back to Copenhagen in no time flat. I knew better at the time but stress is a pain. Stay away from any sort of chew, it is way harder to quit from my experience.

Off of 2 mentor's trucks? Um, have you applied for any other companies?
