Access Swift University. In the search block, just type HazMat Quiz

Ok what do you scan when you dont have the BOLs? For example you drop the loaded trailer at a terminal and leave the BOLs in the bill box. Can you just scan the trip sheet? I remember before the switch we would just send in an empty (filled out) trippak envelope.

When you t call a load at a terminal you do not have to scan anything. It is all done automatically. The only thing you would have to scan is if there were any expenses such as scales and washouts for that load. Then you just fill out a sheet like normal and scan just the receipts.

More or less ... but if you are at Swift terminal, you need to take the bills in and have the dispatch window do your tcall.

I assume the drop box for the bills is at a drop yard or is the Central Terminal's procedure. In that case now that you're on the Swift system you need to send a freeform message to your DM or ECT to tcall the load for you.

Ah the days of just dropping empty trip packs :yes2557:

What's this Tcall madness talk all about ?
I have to pick a trailer up from a swift terminal so do I have to go inside now for my paper work , or is it gonna be in the box mmmmm ?:biggrin_25517:

Pretty sure if it's at a swift terminal the bills are inside. I think the bills at a central terminal are in the bill box. At least they still are at the Rochelle terminal anyways.
