Frank, you should avoid flying in fog. I understand the radar thing, but after all, you are over several hundred years old....

But with my many lease options I know I can work something out for practically any budget. Including my revolutionary Tri-fecta lease program with individual payments as low as $125.00 a week!!

They told you, you'd make more than a
    Company driver.
    They lied to you.

Hopefully you got a walk away lease.
    Turn the truck in.
Go back company and get your 800 to 1000
    A week. Every week.
With no truck expenses hanging over you head
    Every week.

So you want to haul the competitions freight on SWIFTS authority & equipment ?:biggrin_25513:
Swift/Knight just paid out $100 million in a decade old misclassification lawsuit last year Though the driver should not sign a contract that misclassifies them, it does not mean Swift doesn't have to follow labor laws which in this case would be for the state of Arizona.
IMO most IC's who lease equipment are misclassified because they have the expenses of a O/O while being treated like an employee. I'm sure Swift will be happy to pay out what amounts to $10 million a year to misclassified L/O's given how the cost vs. benefits to doing so continues.

i was not concerned about the labor laws, over the rules of Swift's policies for hauling other freight. had i wanted to discuss labor laws, i would have said so. if you read his original posting, what was his concern..??

HAULING OTHER FREIGHT. NOT any labor laws.

here it is, let me show you..
