It's easy as long as you keep it current.
If you don't log things as they happen it can get very hard to catch up, especially without errors.

In case no one really knows...
A standard tranny and a manual are the same thing. -
Thanks Bigjohn, It might be because of the recruiter I spoke with or the area (southern Cal) .. I wasn't comfortable with that so will be taking a refresher course anyway and then see what my options are. Schneider said they required 40hr refresher. Could be different next week.. will see!
Anyway, forgot, this thread is about drug testing.. just say no!
Run on! -

As a newbie can you get a Texas regional run, bc this state is big enough to record miles...?
With regional I'm thinkin you get more home time and still get good miles. Is this possible..? -

Logging is easy. Doesn't matter if it's paper or electronic it's easy. The hard part is understanding the hours of service. Pay close attention during your training, and study up on them.
atruckr Thanks this. -
How often does SWIFT give out drug screens? Is it just a prehire or are there random tests?
How often to Highway Patrol or as we say in Texas the DPS give out random tests...or is it only if they suspect? I think its only if they are suspicious..? -
We got the whiz quiz on our first day. I made sure I was clean before I left. Went out and bought 2 different tests from 2 different stores to check myself.
Yes I was a user for a long, long time. Pot, pills, coke, opium, lsd...yeah and was a successfull business owner the whole time. Then decided enough was enough and changed my life. I quit the stuff months ago and haven't had even the slightest urge to pick it back up. Have even had friends around offer since I been back home and the interest just isn't there for me.
Here is one interesting thing. I quit it all cold turkey, just stopped and I was fine. Now try quitting cigarettes like that after smoking 2+ packs a day....the marijuana industry got nothing on the tobacco industry as far as addiction goes. I quit everything above easily and still give myself cancer legally every day. And I know in my head cigarettes are way worse than weed (don't even argue this point, I got 15 years of experience and plenty of research documentation to back it up) but when I try to quit I turn into and insufferable douchebag no one wants to be around.
