    Oh ... it's twue, it's twue ... and a very ignorant lawsuit. Seen these same silly suits on behalf of contractors go through the tech sector about 10 years ago ... worked out great for the lawyers they got paid big chunks of cash ...

    The principals never got a #### thing, except thier working condtions really went to crap, to ensure that they did not meet the criteria of employee in any way shape or form.
