Red circles are trucks without loads and green circles are loads without trucks.

 

You can thank God when Swift is shut down..... Now it seems that son of a ##### Moyes is leaving the stage...aka retiring. Seems rats know when to leave the sinking ship...

Is Swift that bad of a company to work for? I check out glassdoor on them and saw some good reviews for them. Swift is one of the companies that I am considering working for that or Knight. What other companies would you guys would say is better than Swift or Knight?

 

Only difference is the name on the truck. Just because one person had a problem with one company doesn't mean you're going to have the same problem with said company. Only way to find our is try it out for yourself. What's the worst that can happen ?

 

True that is what I am thinking when I pick what company to work for. I am concerned that some companies let a new driver with a mentor let him or her go back and sleep while the new driver is driving all by himself. I read that knight does not let the mentor sleep while the truck is moving.

 

Team driving is normal after a week or two. Can get a little stressful at times missed turns etc. Trainer wakes up where are we trainee says idk lol fun conversation.

I'll say find one that works for you. Make the best of it.
