Thanks so how does it work while being on the road if you want to eat healthy? I would think just go to Wal-Mart? Don't know if the truck stops sell healthy food or the diners.

Salads, fresh fruit, whole roasted chicken, coffee black or milk, no creamer or sugar. Walmart will give your money's worth. Drink plenty of water. It will take a year to get the full benefit if a changed diet. I gave up beer, soda, red meat, pastries, pizza, white bread. A year later I lost 21 lbs and 2" off my waist with out doing any more exercise than before

It helps a lot if you research your stops a little while doing your trip planning. I drive right by the chain truck stops loaded down with super truckers and fast food joints and stop at the independents with sit down diners. I've basically never had a problem getting grilled chicken or grilled fish at these places. Most have salad bars, too.

I spent several years being my dads 24/7 arms and legs for him, so I did gain some weight when I began driving. My blood pressure, triglycerides, and cholesterol have all gotten healthier, however.

I've heard nothing but great things about Swift. They are surely one of the best in the business.
