Swift Transportation

I`e been with thme for almost 6 months. Thank god i went to a private school. They defiantly don`t seem to care one bit about the drivers. Pay isn`t too bad. Getting a Dm that works with you helps. My first one had me sitting for hours after a load. Current one gives me a preplan before i even make it to my final. The biggest complaint I have is communication. there is none. Like everyone has said, it`s a good starter company. I`m trying to get a local job but the places I want to work for need a year so we`ll see. I`ve been talking with May trucking but they need 6 months so thats at the end of this month. They are probably just as bad but their equipment is better and every driver I see for May looks a hell of alot more professional than the swiftys. Sometimes i like it, other times I`m ready to turn in the keys and would if I wasn`t 2500 miles from home.
