    just the smell would justify bailing from that truck
    change trainers as needed
    prove yourself. deal with what ever stress, adversity.and conditions you encounter.
    get your own assigned truck and drop and hook and hire lumpers and go every where until you get a job that pays overtime. or PURCHASE your own truck

    You have a crazy man for a trainer no doubt about that.Since you're kind of stuck I would wait till you get to Memphis or the next terminal.Since it's saturday you may have to wait till Monday before you get a load.Maybe dispatch can find another driver in that area that you can ride with that's headed to a terminal.Before accepting your next trainer you should screen him.Meaning does he have a nice truck,does he speak good English,does he shower,does he have patience ect ect.
