Lmmfao. If yawl keep thinking your getting something they will continue to give you nothing. Is this thread for real?? They might put heated leather seats in your trucks next year. Keep up the good work.

Couple days ago I got a message from my DM saying congrats on being one of the drivers that got a bonus.
I guess not all are that lucky.

It must depend more on safety rating and on-time and fuel mileage and stuff, and not so much on idle time.
Because I recently got written up for my idle time.

That sucks getting written up because of DCI. I used to have a Prostar where the bunk heater wouldn't work at all. After a dozen times in the shop, I realized that its great that its being documented that I made the effort to get it fixed. they never wrote me up, but I was told I had the highest idle time in my term, several months running. I realized that if they tried any kind of reprimand or punitive punishment, I could file a complain because I had it on record that I did in fact sincerely try to get that mechanical piece of junk fixed, and it wasn't my fault.

I don't know about the bonuses and didn't even bother to ask, congrats to you on getting one!

Take a long time off and get a different truck already if you can do like 5 days off sometime, still a gamble depending on next truck. Well for anyone still stuck in something not being fixed :biggrin_255:

I'm in a 2013 Volvo now. I'd hate to give it up for an old POS.

actually I did get a new volvo, then I got a buy-out trk now, a columbia, I love it, its huge compared to the others I have been in. why I never wanted to change trks is, I am so fat and lazy, it literally takes from 8am till 4 pm for me to get my junk out of one trk, move it into another, then clean, and I mean really clean every inch of my old trk. I just didn't want to leave something trashy for the next guy getting it. but I don't have to worry about that now, or idle, or too much of anything else. oh yeah baby!
