    Whether regulations require drug testing or not makes no difference. Companies can set higher standards the the feds. Some companies use hair testing for pre employment screening, even thought the FMCSA doew not recognize hair testing. You can bet before they spend too much money training anyone they would test for drugs.
    You know now that you shouldn't have taken the test. So move on and stop whining about the regs not applying to your situation.

    If you do get your license and start driving, use this as a lesson and never use drugs while employed as a driver. You are subject to random drug tests and you WILL get caught.

    People told trump over and over again that he would never win the election but he won. That’s the dots I’m trying to connect. A person has said I have failed at my truck driving career but it’s just a set back. Not a failure. That’s what I am trying to say. I will go forward with getting my cdl. Has all the dots been connected now.
