    I lived up in NY for over 30 years. I got sick of the cold and snow. I kind like the heat and humidity. :biggrin_25519:

    Yea they are only starting new drivers at .27 if you have driveing exp yes it is more.

    This is true, UNTIL! God forbid you are in an accident, and unless you already have private ins. for your rider you WILL be paying for their medical expenses out of your own pocket. I guess what I am saying is err on the side of caution and pay the $7.50 a week.

    sounds like they are kinda across the board on their starting pay ! I was just reading the thread that Ford390pwr has going about the training academy and there was a post that he had made last night stating the starting pay is only .25...

    Starting to wonder if it just depends on the area you are going to be starting out in or what ??

    my recruiter told me start was .25 then .29 after 4 months, 32 after 6 months, 33 after 9 months and 34 after 1 year

    I was never told an amount by my recruiter.. then again I didn't ask anyways since figured the recruiters figures would pretty much be a rough guess and that actually pay may vary LOL ....

    This link shows Swifts cpm pay as of December 2006. This is the current pay with one exception, there is currently a $.01cpm pay cut for all drivers. So, just subtract $.01 and this is the pay!
