The part I like about flatbed is that they don't restrict the length of the tractors wheelbase if your an o/o. With van/reefer its a 265" limit. With flats you just gotta stay under the weight limit of the tractor. Although maybe I should try curtain side rather than flats?
I understand the limit for the wheelbase on vans. The medical place in Woburn, MA is so small that my 240" wheelbase century ends up being at a 45* angle when i hit the dock square on. And you have only about 3-4" on each side of error room. I hate going there.

Speaking about wheelbase.
This morning I saw a truck that had a sleeper the size of a #### straight truck. Seriously. I thought it was because how lit up it was, the flat bed trler it was pulling had lights like our trailers.

Well me and lantern passed the Alabama coil test. We'll start securement training tomorrow. I'm pretty excited!!
