Switching from flatbed to van

    When pulling a 53' trailer, you must be aware of the fact that you have a lot of trailer length extending beyond the rear wheels. . When you make a sharp turn, the tail of your trailer will swing wide and could hit something. Be especially careful when backing at an angle between other vehicles. Also be careful about making sharp turns when pulling out of tight dock or parking space. You could side swipe another vehicle due to tail swing. I have seen it happen.
