The ramps we use are horrible. Easier when you drop the airbags. & yes our handtrucks have great brakes on them. Can stop mid ramp with 600lbs of beef no problem. All newer equipment here at sygma pa & pay is great most of our guys are avg 70k plus yearly.

Yea you warehouse guys make it hard on us to find the dam cases and don't get me started on how nice you guys stack your pallets

Haha not me I do my best to make it easy on y'all. and I build some great pallets while throwing a high avg which make me more $$
I usually throw 3000-3500 cases and run 180-200%
Actually I get drivers who request me to do there routes. I normally work in freezer but I do this one route that's a PITA. I pick all frozen cooler n dry cause how it has to be done twice a weekMike2633 Thanks this. -

Worked at sysco central FL for almost 9years did it all except take out routes. Transfer over to Sygma now didn't wanna do nights anymore less $$ but don't work as hard n got every Friday&saturday off.

I use to work there got tired of working 70 hours getting force in on my day off also they were letting guys with less seniority stay home just a bunch of bs money was great but trucks were garbage
