I have an air leak from the air dryer, i have included a pic where the leak is coming from/green line. Called kenworth they dont have part for sale byitself, only full dryer $900. Does anyone know of its possible to rebuild it?

Yes, there are different models of the 1200. Find the tag and then look online and contact some parts places. They also sell remanufactured (reman) units that are less expensive than new.
