I worked for them for about 6 months as that is when they informed everybody of the reduction of wages. We lost 3 cpm and all stop pay. They also reduced tarp pay. Im a flatbedder and that equated to me makingabout 33 cpm. Why the extra work if no extra pay? The miles were greatly reduced at this time also. Was sitting for a couple of days after each load, cant make money that way. Yes times are tough but I moved on and now I own my own truck and trailer and work for a company thats all O/O and keep extremely busy.We arent hauling a bunch of cheap freight either. They do treat ya good but they a lot of cheap freight so you wont make a good wage there. On the other hand working for the reefer, tanker or pole side and you will do alright.

i am an O/O with system...cant say much about what they're paying company drivers but i do know they pay 72% pulling thier trailer,,82% pulling your own,,they pass on all stop, tarp and fsc pay.things are going great right now, i have had 1 34hr reset in the last month and a half and the rates arent all that bad. i have 2 trucks on there, wouldnt go anywhere else!

In all fairness, I don't know this company but I bought one of their used trucks. It's been well maintained although they could have replaced the kingpins before they got rid of it. Nice '05 Volvo. Like I said, well maintained.

In my short existence there I had drove 4 trucks there, not because they were bad. 1 I was catching a ride out of training to their Gary yard to pick up a truck to bring back. It was a decent Int 9400I (we team drove there) I picked up my truck another Int 9400 (decent) and drove it for a few months until they finally decided they wanted this one at spokane. I then picked up a KW that was awesome and took it to AZ yard in which I finally got another Int 9400I. Each truck was well maintained, clean (they wash all trucks and trailers once per month) and were all under 550,000 miles and the oldest one was 4 years old. All the tiedown gear and rags(tarps for you non flatbedders) were in good shape. Each trailer was in good shape too, didnt have to worry much about equipment. I would buy one of these trucks or trailers also if I ever found one for sale and needed another one. My problem was with company driver pay. It was fine until it was cut then I was reduced in miles (about 2 years ago) and I was making the same as a person making 9 hr for a 40 hr week. So I left, I gave notice (ten days) and fulfilled that with also leaving a clean truck inside. They gave me a 'not eligble for rehire" on my dac, gee thanks bungholes even though I gave notice, had no problems with anyone and no incidents and left a clean, undamaged truck. They can now kiss my arse..
