I think I know the hill you are talking about. There are a bunch of radio towers on it. When I was there I decided to find my way to the top on some back roads. Was looking for a good view. I found the access road that went to the radio towers and proceeded to follow it to the top ( or so I thought). The dirt road kept getting steeper and steeper with the mountain on one side and a drop to my death on the other. Me being an avid offroader didn't mind it too much even though I was in a 1997 F 150 two wheel drive. I came to the point where the hill was so steep that my tires broke loose and I wasn't going forward any more. My friend and I got out and walked the rest of the way to the top and enjoyed the nice view.

A little later we made our way back to the truck and started a horrific trip sliding back down in reverse. I have to say there were a few times I was so puckered up that I almost sucked a piece of the seat up my a $$. My friend was scared to death and had to change his pants when we got to the bottom. A few weeks later I traded that truck in for a jeep. No more 2 wd offroad adventures for me. I like to go down hills going forward. Even though back when I was younger I had to back down a few hills in jeeps too. But if I had one for the mountain near Breezewood I would have made it to the top and back down with no issues.

It would be neat to take a bike and go poke around the abandoned stretch of the PA Turnpike east of Breezewood.
