Just stopped in Tuesday. Haven't been there in 4-5 years. The big gravel lot across the street was coned off, BUT...They are going to pave it and it will be overflow with SOME Reserved parking. I specifically asked if it was paid parking and they said no, Overflow with some Reserved spots, which I like. I reserved a spot in the regular lot and they enforce it. A guy was going through checking to see a receipt in the window. No receipt he was knocking on the door. Showers nice/remodeled. Coburg Cafe restaurant was still good, but it lost some of it's local charm. The menu got smaller, and some of the unique options are gone, like O'brien potatoes, etc. This is an Independently owned T/A and still a great place.

The one in troutdsle has turnstiles installed that haven't been wired yet. Expect all paid parking soon

That place is always full. I don't blame them. T/A's system is fair. If someone is just going to park and not spend a dime, then you can pay. If you buy fuel or something in store/restaurant it's free. When they go to a "Spend or Pay" system at least the truckers who bought fuel or store items have a chance at a spot. Another thing...You notice the T/A's with this system now have the money for security. No creative parking, no bums.

Only got to that one a couple times a decade ago, but the Cafe was always good, the Pot Pie used to have a message it would take 35-30 mins to cook. Could tell the owners cared about quality.

I was in the area in May visiting family. My brother said that they've been to the restaurant that is there now and it was no where near as good as the old one and they haven't been back..

You must be a fast food junkie or a roller dog addict if you like Pilot.

They went a bit crazy with the new *on - off* Truck Stop "design" for the one @ Donald , OR. I bet at one time that was a happening spot for everyone involved. Going north was a little hassle.....but south was just zoom in zoom out. In fact I have gotten calls saying......."vett, you are going south".... it was so easy for me to get turned around. There is a lot of parking there.....all over.

The one just north of Eugene? I’ve stopped in there for fuel one or twice…always slammed with nowhere to park. I got a quiet hidey hole a little further south I go to. Pretty much all those joints in between Portland and Eugene are going to be not very pleasant places to show up at. South of Eugene better.
