So far I've seen a couple of new ta locations... 1 in Hillsboro Texas and 1 in Pioneer Tennessee and also a location near Sealy Texas

 

They haven't built a ton of new ones lately, not close to the way Love's or Pilot spits them out. They seem to focus on buying other truck stops and remodeling. Which from a financial point of view is smart, as it can be far far cheaper that way, and much easier since its already built and licensed.

They also just bought Quaker Steak and Lube out of bankruptcy so that may stop new construction for a while. My guess is they will putting Quaker Steak and Lube in place of Country Pride to bring in more road traffic.

 

Was told by a manager that some will be a Quaker Steak and lube later.
I asked about a couple of their dump trkstps. and why can't they clean them up and get better help.
His reply, was nobody hi up wants to transfer to the locations I asked about and getting help in those tkstps is hard as he said the fail rate on the drug tests was like 75%.. So they take what they can get. Then hope for the best were his words

 

All sorts of business sectors all over the nation who try and maintain drug policies are having problems finding clean job applicants. But some regions are exceptionally bad. It's really messed up.

 

Every time someone fails a drug test, I feel like I should get a raise.

I'm not being sober for the fun of it.

(Also, drug test politicians! Should make for fun reading.)
