One person cannot save a company... There are a lot of companies paying upwards of 80 to 85 cpm right now and actually paying their employees. Staying with a company like that is fooling yourself

I've noticed a massive drop in the quality of their drivers since the buyout. Many of them don't know what their mirrors are for, don't seem to understand the importance of signaling their intention for a lane change, don't seem to understand how to keep their rear trailer from swinging all over the place, seem to think they're in a top speed competition with contracted FedEx Ground drivers, and some seem to think it's perfectly okay to impede traffic in the left lane since they're dead set on making a pass they know they don't have the pedal for. It's unreal.

My question is this: Since you know it's swirling down the crapper, why do you stay? You've put in your time. Please find a company who'll appreciate you and the expertise you bring along. They're out there but becoming more difficult to find these days.

No, I happen to work for one. It took almost 2 years to find since, yes, they are becoming a thing of the past. I actually have a life outside of work again and my sanity has been restored.
