No use replying . You’re on ignore. Have a nice life with BYOB & LGBTQXYZDFGHTSE or whatever your litlle schtick was. Wish the mods had cleared that crap out a long time ago

If that’s the case then it sounds like it’s time to leave the company as others here have stated. Sounds like the payroll department has people who screw up the math constantly and the company won’t do anything to address the issues! This is a big deal as it not only affects your pay but also tax deductions that are paid on a state and federal level.

    JoeyJunk and LtlAnonymous Thank this.

I knew it was bad when I saw the drivers went from UPS tidy to as scruffy as me.

If it's one thing that I learned in the newsroom as a journalist, you have to have fun. Grow up, be responsible, be all about business when the time calls for it, but then cut loose. We all saw the writing on the wall, that print media was going away and the internet was going to be the next big thing. And most of the positions in Internet media were unpaid. GREAT TIMES.

The BYOB&CBD thing may seem silly, because it is. But what are we going to do? Talk about nothing but an industry that stopped giving a #### about us 40 years ago? We know that. Noted.

And we need to talk about that, and develop strategies to effect change, but then what?

If I wanted to get on a website where a bunch of people are doing nothing but #####ing about change, I'll go back to truckingboards.

The guy complains about a "hijacked thread", "unable to hold an intelligent conversation", yada yada.... But he NEVER ONCE contributed to this thread, except to complain.

Things that make you go HMMMMMMM.....

Isn't that the nature of the average driver!! LOL Complain and gripe. I must admit that I have done my share of it over the years, but I hold to the belief that a job, whatever the job might be, should be fun, happy and playing "grab ###". How well do I remember when it was that way in trucking. Remember before the demise of "mom and pop" truck stops, when drivers had their special places to stop and socialize with other drivers, joke and laugh and cut-up, grease your buddy's door handle or cross the air lines, all in fun and watch him come out and start cussing. LOL LOL All this is gone, except the complaining and griping.

Some people don't know how to be entertained.....I mean it's only so much complaining one can do in trucking, before action takes place....by the way I wonder if BYOB has company merch.....
