lol Trucks have BIG windsheilds so the angle that they are at opens up a big area for sun. Look at that pic of the T700 and picture your visor on it, it would essentally make the window straight up and down drasticly reduceing the light that comes in.

Will do, I like this side of the river! :biggrin_2559:

Personally, I think the T700 looks more like a Volvo than a KW! But it's much better than that #### T2000 it replaces.

I think it's a nice looking truck. Do the windsheild wipers overlap? What engine are you running in it? Paccar? Single or dual lockers? Details, details, details

I was in the truck (the one in the pic and first one in I must add) last week while in BRF. Very nice and very roomy. Why not drive a camper while away from home.....be comfortable!!! One of these days some of you will realize that it's not about what a truck "looks like", but if it makes you money or not. So you have to get your toolbox from the sleeper.....get a smaller toolbox....your not an Owner Operator, no need for a snap-on roll away tool chest in the truck!!!
These trucks were purchased by Millis Transfer Inc. and this is what works for their purposes. When YOU purchase YOUR own truck YOU speck it out the way YOU want. As far as "super singles", I've driven them before..in the pouring down rain...and had NO problems. They only work as good as the driver that is behind the wheel. If one drives too fast for conditions, yep, something might happen. I've talked to many drivers that have no problems with them.
(((((( DISCLAIMER)))))) Any of my comments above are by no means saying, implying, or otherwise insinuating that any of you reading this post are bad drivers!!!
I'm just saying that if driven properly and carefully, one should have no problems with these tires.
Baritone.....I will say this...If "Buck-Toof-Bonnie" is doing well for you, then you made a good choice, getting out of a truck that was giving you problems...good choice....making a decision solely on hoping to get a new truck...bad choice.....getting a new truck because you are a good, dependable, hard working driver.....PRICELESS!!!!!
I've said this before to drivers.....if you don't like the truck that someone else bought for you to drive....then just let someone else have it that will and quit beatin' the crap out of it!!
<<<<<<CRASH..BANG SMASH>>>>> Oh crap....I just fell off my SOAPBOX !!!!

Ya'll have a nice night and remember......DRIVE SAFE!!!!!

Was in no way indicating this as a bad thing or against the company. Not sure which one of those you listed I fit into......But I am happy with what I have.

Sorry I couldnt hang out today - had to run to grab my load!

Wasn't hammerin' on you man....just really saying that it doesn't matter if you changed trucks or not.....if you (or any driver) does a good job, then miracles may happen.I know people that have been in this biz a long time that have not gotten a new truck because they're pains in the rear end. Remember that "pic and choose" thing I talked about in school......read between the lines and go from there!!! ;-)

It looks like the year Millis went into business? Millis on top and the year under it.

Can't argue your points. Was disappointed with kw whens saw a special on how they made it not with co. For buying it. I met a driver the other day who got a warning ticket for his pigtail dragging on catwalk. He took to the shop and waited a day and a half for a mechanic to get to it to fix it. Now that was expensive. Though company pays us for miles not sure they or any other company would mind a driver with an owner/op mentality when comes to the care in which they drive and maintain the equipment and try to say company some unnecessary bills and time. Im certainly not too lazy to climb in and out of the sleeper to retrieve tools or air line to inflate tire. It the dirt, snow and grease I don't want to track through. Ok, fell off my box too. Think ill stay off for a while as the fall kinda hurt:) We will all manage just fine and probably forget any disappointment with specs as soon as that new truck smell gets in the nostrils.

hope this forum remains a safe place to spout off senseless crap when ur having a bad day and praises when ur having a good one without worrying about who's reading.

    Ummm only one day....PFTT! (j/k)

I havent been able to get close to one of the new trucks yet but I will say - they look sharp! I wasnt a fan of the T2 due to the "oversize" feel but cant wait to see the inside of one. Especially the new Qualcomms they have.

With the addtion of the T700's - we will have one of the nicest looking fleets out there. I also agree with Sully.........keep your truck clean both inside and out. If you have ever seen my truck - I try to keep it spotless as much as I can. It's not hard to keep it nice. Take pride in your truck since no matter what type you have - it's your "money maker"!

We are the only image of Millis that most of our customers ever see - more people need to remember that!
