Have a T800 with N14 and 48" flat top. Am wanting to add dual exhaust to it. Currently have a single exhaust on the passanger side. How hard is it to go to a dual setup? Is it just a case of buying the right elbows and ys?

Mines a T800 with factory duals. You wil need to get the elbow mount and have it welded to the frame, and you'll need the 90 degree mount that goes on the upper part of the sleeper, plus some flex tubing. You'll be drilling into your sleeper. If you can do this it should look good. Trucks with single stacks look like one armed referees signaling touchdown, LOL. Good luck

Sounds like a weekend project. I know the single stack looks funny. Truck was in mint shape when I bought it. Just about didnt cause of the single stack. Duals look so much better. Its just drilling for the stack mounts thats not too bad.

Just one small elbow/mount piece 3x3 inches that supports the stack onto the sleeper. The next mount below that is the one welded onto the frame, and you could easily have a metals shop fabricate one, or go to KW if it's not a ripoff. I just replaced my stacks down to the flexing and it took a full weekend and I just replaced facorty parts, without adding the extras you need.

I have two mufflers from a T-800 I could make you a good deal on.

i got a good deal on some 8 bull haulers so i spent my saturday replacing everything from the turbo to the top spools on my single stack 03 t800 with the 72 aerocab , everything came smooth only had to get creative and fabricate a bracket for the y divider other than that it was pretty much bolt on
