T800 Jake Issue?

    I have a 2013 Kenworth T800 and that has been recently deleted. I now have an issue where in 3rd or 4th gear ,full jake ,loaded there seems to be a surge almost like the truck wants to jump? Very weird. Thoughts what this could be? All new shocks recently. Rear ends and power divider are good.

    Is the delete an egr delete or a full vgt where they changed out the vgt turbo and camshaft ? there are many deletes done that keep the vgt turbo but mess it up so it doesn't work anymore in third stage.
