Great! I'm in Anthem, down where Eastern ends. @Chinatown is in Seven Hills. Whereabouts are you?

 

I recently moved from the Terraces to Palermo in Seven Hills.
Couldn't move to Anthem because of age restrictions. I qualify but the wife doesn't.

I drive by there almost every day. Small world.

 

I don't know China. Are you sure BOTH spouses have to be over 55? I recall reading somewhere that only one had to be over 55.

 

I asked my friend that lived there and he checked on it. I should have done the research myself. He's since passed away. I wanted to buy his home but couldn't because of the age restriction. His widow sold it for just under $800,000

Yeah, she's 30 years younger than me.
I forgot to mention we have 2 children still in high school, so that also disqualifies us from living in Anthem.
