TA Paulsboro,NJ (warning) Service department botching repairs

I've had them do 2 seals lately. The left front wheel seal took them 5 hours to do. That's a 2 hour job. The first right rear seal repair lasted 9 days. The second lasted 11 days and was done by "their best mechanic who knows their stuff". Now I 'm waiting on a call for them to get me in to honor their warranty work. I went in for my 8:00 appointment and was told they couldn't get to me today. A simple phone call would have --sufficed.

I also had a vibration in my truck due to a bad u-joint. The mechanic swore it was the front tire due to a flat spot. I was exhausted and just wanted it fixed so I told him go ahead which was stupid on my part. $630.00 later I still have the issue and Petro wouldn't stand by their mistake. I'm not surprised.
