I work at a Pilot. I know our policy is to immediately give the driver their cash advance when they come in for a fuel receipt showing gallons. If they forget to give it to the driver they must audit their drawer and find out that it is over by the amount of cash advance just because there are those drivers out there that aren't honest and come up to say they didn't get the advance when they really did from a different cashier.

 

However if it was an error in which they gave it to the wrong driver then it is their fault. At Pilot we ask how much the advance was for, company, truck number and which pump you fueled on in order to give the cash advance that way another driver can't just come up and say "I had a cash advance".

 

Why are you on the computer!!!!! You should have been calling your company, police, comdata/t-check, you shouldnt been here, until after the fact
