    Great advice on the country road part, I will have to remember that.

    Glad to see I won't be the only runner out there! I find it to be a great stress reliever if nothing else. Seems like a lot of drivers out there just use trucking as an excuse for poor health but that is just my observation as an outsider.

    No, you won't be the only runner, but you and I will be two of the very few. I've never seen another in the four years I've been out here.

    Country roads are great when available. I've found some quiet subdivisions in some areas that work well also. I've never resorted to running around inside the parking lot; could be dangerous.

    Running makes me feel like I still have somewhat of a normal life, since I ran regularly before starting driving. It can be a challenge at times, but well worth it. Helps keep the weight off too.
