TA Wheeling, WVm, no parking, ever!

This is due to the lack of travel plazas within a hundred miles of that place. I never had an issue finding a spot, unless it was late at night, or other traffic issue was present

 

I was there last weekend. Three fuel aisles were open then the one I was in broke down. We stayed at the hotel across the road. The pizza place was horrible. The restaurant/bar was nice and they had good food.

 

Is seeming Russian a good thing when it comes to potential confrontations?

Btw, does ACTUALLY being Russian help, too??

PS real Russians in driving jobs GOTTA have flip flops though. Unless there's serious snow outside.
