Haha you're right! I pictured a cat scale intercom behind the trailer!
I'll take my foot out of my mouth now.
Been a while since I scaled. WHen I bought my new trailer in 2006.
Take your time getting on a scale!!

No biggie, J scales were always a mess it seemed like. Platforms, tight angles, and the CB inside usually sucked. Also I saw more than one where the plates were backwards to the directions.

I don't know why they have to make those scales so tight. One time I weighed my load at the cust because it was a requirement and didnt swing wide enough but caught it halfway on the scale.Trailer almost hit the railing. As I was backing out of it I got plenty nervous the left front end was about to go off the platform which was a foot drop.

We got a place we go to in Windham Ohio, CBS recycling.. it's 4 ft off of the ground, no rails, and the turn to get on it is so tight, when your dragging your trailer up on it, your outside tires on your tandem hang off.. Kind of freaked me out the first time, and then the scale lady said its normal lol

I figured EXIT facing you on the sign was a good clue.

I am surprised the driver has not claimed this was not his fault, well lets give it some time

Anybody notice the pile of dirt, and the absence of about half the rub rails. They are performing maintenance on this scale, bet me the company dont sue and get what ever truck damage there is paid for...
