My preloaded trailer isn't loaded yet. Their machine broke down and they are repairing it now. I'm told about 4 hours "or so".
I'm not sweating it, so long as I get it there by Sunday morning I'll be ok. It was a good week over all.
Next week I go to the "new" hemotologist to discuss my infusion process to control my platelet count...or lack thereof.
Now I just need to make it another week or so without a nosebleed and I'll be right as the mail.

Chances are, if you don't have recent "reportable or recorded" experience in driving , you'll probably have to get a company refresher.
This true with almost any place that has driving positions. (Real drivers, not the home daily bread delivery people)
If you want something bad enough, you'll jump through the hoops for the prize.

Iron maiden released the US tour dates. I'll be seeing them for the 4th time in April at the Palace of auburn hills , Michigan .
    Anyone going with?

I wrote this out for an inquiring mind. This is just an example and does not reflect exact numbers. It is an estimate only. Of course there will be fluctuations in fuel and miles. As stated, this is an example. A simple guide.

My method isn't for everyone. I get fuel by the load. If I get 7.5 mpg and my load is 750 miles, I get 100 gallons, plus a few extra for deadhead to the next load. So with fuel cost averaging about 2.30 gal, I'll spend $250 on fuel. That load.
My fixed cost per week is $400 (my escrow is already paid)
    So 750 mi x .90 plus. .19 fsc (-15cpm maintenance ) is actually 750 x .94cpm ($705 revenue)
Fixed cost plus fuel is $650. Deduct from revenue.
I made $55 that load, and it paid all my weekly expenses. Everything else is profit minus fuel.
    2500 miles = $2350
Fuel cost is about 800 (high estimate)
    Fixed cost $400.
Revenue minus cost is approx $1150 profit for that week.
I still get paid for deadhead miles, which is just gravy.
17 more months and I have a truck free and clear in my name. If I stay leased to equity, my revenue increases to $1.16 per mile plus fsc. And no longer paying 15cpm maintenance fee.

Just because you logged off duty for 10 hours, waiting for your trailer to be loaded, doesn't mean you are "rested" for an 11 hour shift.
I may need to just pull this thing come morning, if it's loaded by then.

It's great you're happy AND paying off your truck, but I suggest once you pay it off go elsewhere. Good Luck and safe driving!!!!

After a 24 hour detention I yanked my trailer out of the door and sped off towards FL.
Appearantly a weather event is flooding the coast,
So I re routed myself around the "danger". I'm super lightweight and don't need the wind.
    I'll be in FL tomorrow.

I've driven through them before. If it gets too bad I'll go hide next to a heavier truck than me!
