Taking another swing at it

I actually root for the wings when there's nothing else to do. I also consider sports to be entertainment, nothing more...

 

And I am thoughly entertained until may-June.

 

Kind of hard to raise the trailer legs with no crank handle. Took a while doing it by hand. Kicking myself for getting rid of that one I had in my side box. Just to make room for chains and oil.

 

On my way to Holland to drop and I go grab a load in GR going to Hazleton PA .
March 2017 and it's mine. I don't care if it's cosmetically ugly, so long as the motor,tranny and frame are good, I'll be just fine.
When my countdown begins with a year left, I may start looking at what carriers lease older tractors on where I can pick freight on percentage.
Or I may just be happy with the same old for more money and less fixed cost.

 

12 more weeks and mine is mine ... Sort of the same boat. My weekly expenses will only be about $85 a week - insurance QC and EZ pass. I haven't really found anyplace that wows me enough to make a move.
