A bit of a miscue as I called to verify my unload time. I asked if I would be taken after 5, due to a delay. She said it was fine...
    Anytime after 5.
    She left out
    AM!

I just applied to Equity this afternoon. I chose OTR. I also live in Holland so I should be able to get decent hometime. Do you know how far out they send otr drivers? I don't know much about them, but just wanted to get an app in!

Depends who's board you get on.
The norm is Michigan to Pa, Al,Ga,Ms,Tx or Fl with back hauls to holland, Lansing kentwood Grand Rapids or Stanwood.
Unless the warehouse takes you , then you are brokered to where ever.
They have a good customer base to be able to keep you moving even after the holiday slowdown .
    Good luck to you!
Call in and follow up. Talk to Sandy, Shirly or TY.

My wife knows Ty so he told her he was going to watch for it to come in. Thanks for the info! Stay safe

Do you do a lot of water out of stanwood? I used to drive for Kuperus and would take water loads to Chicago or Indy every night.

I just switched to the regional board. It's almost exclusively water loads out. And 90% D&H

For my first week on the regional board, I'm projected to get about 2100 miles before I go home Thursday afternoon . After this Fridays doc appt, I'm going to hit it hard and probably stay out until the week of dec 20. That's just to make sure I can cover the family vacation and all the home front bills.
As much as I look forward to the break from working , I look forward to it being over.
    At least it's hockey season.

We're at terminal now. Tom has not gotten emails from new payroll but has gotten paid.

    Wickedfire77 Thanks this.

I have been home every weekend for 4 weeks. I'm pushing my doc appt out a bit so I can stay out and make that green so I can cover all the expenses that sat to the side while I sat getting an IV.
