    They can be tough, especially as we age. I've found traveling at night is fine and refreshing...every so often. I'm sure it will improve as the weather improves, but based on the plans I have lined up, I'm looking at several near-midnight picks/drops.

    I have preloaded that I can pick up any time and drop near ATL. Half of me wants to just go get it tonight , the other half of me is asking if I'm crazy.
    In a world full of hurry up and wait , sometimes too much time can be stressful.

    My company has been sending out cautionary emails about the lack of freight. Apparently, there is a somewhat direct connection between that and the stock market, which I guess is still down. Anyway, our suits are telling us take what we can get, keep track of times, and get with our DM's in case we have high detention and or layovers

    I'm sitting over night at my drop location til morning, waiting for a trailer I can take to purina . (Has to be lightweight or I'd already have left)
    Guess I'll have to get moving in the morning .

    Looks like there is no 3rd shift at this receiver and I'm still waiting to get that empty. I see it. It's in the dock. They just have to unload it for me. I'll give it an hour. If it's not ready by then I'll go hunting around ATL for one.
