Dang you had a bad week truck down you sick and now winter storm. Hope things get better for you.
Denali hope you are right about not lasting.Wickedfire77 Thanks this. -
Yeah, it will start Wednesday and dump Thursday then it warms up again on Friday and beyond

"Truck should be done Tuesday at the lastest."
After being told "a couple of days"
Then "by Friday"
Now it's Tuesday at the latest.
If I hadn't been sick, or get hit with 10" of snow yesterday, I would've gone back out in a loner, but the cards did not fall in my favor this week. -

Hope it gets fixed and you are better.

Question: if I file a physical damage claim vs invoices for repairs with insurance, who gets the check?
Remember, I pay the insurance, I also pay the maintenance fee. (15 cpm more than covered all repaired)
Yet I have this feeling the Co will try to stake claim to insurance claim to recoup the expenses of repairs. (Even though I paid into it)
Opinions? -
I thought this would have blown up with feedback by now

I do not know that one but a person that I know had his truck hit at a rest stop and the company that hit him sent him the check but it was not an insurance check just a company that him.
In your case it might be who it is covered by. As in Equity might have it set up so that they are the beneficiary or whatever word that is. I hope that it is sent to you.Wickedfire77 Thanks this. -
You file your claim with your insurance carrier. Whether they pay the tab or split it will depend on their internal procedures and any coinsurance there is. The devil is always in the details and the companies will always coordinate. Keep detailed records of everything, including telephone conversations. Send everything certified, return recent requested, if you have to send anything anywhere. And make copies.
Read your maintenance contract carefully and pay to have an attorney do so, too. It's worth it.Last edited: Mar 27, 2016
