    I did the CRE thing a few yrs back and learned the hard way that you can't buy it without a hefty down payment, or else I would already have a truck. I would caution anyone doing the CRE thing, be aware that you are married to that truck. I was out 6 weeks at a time as a trainer. Even on a dedicated it was hard . Don't get me wrong, I still completed the lease, just didn't have a truck to show for it. I got $8k back for my troubles.

    Yeah, that's the only lease I would even remotely consider. The type where you own the truck at the end of the term.
