Creamy garlic Dijon chicken breasts, roasted baby red potatoes , sautéd vegetable medley, and a pot of barbecue meatballs for the non adventurous.
She has other people covering bread and salads. I prefer not to do individual salads by myself while cooking all that other stuff.

Odd that you ask too. I was a sous Chef before driving a truck...yet this is the career that helped get me fat. LolCasanovaCruiser, popcorn169 and HalpinUout Thank this.

Just when I was losing faith...I have to drop in TX ASAP so I can reload for a Monday morning unload at a SAMs club in Charlotte NC. That's going to add over 1k miles to my week before the wedding. Then all I have to do is get home on time...(Wednesday)

Is that a store or is that at the DC in Charlotte? Might not make much difference to you, but I prefer going to that particular DC. Easy in and out, ample room to maneuver.

I'll find out when I pick up I guess88 Alpha Thanks this.

Turns out it is the DC. Still haven't found an empty trailer yet .

You ever been there before? If not, it sits pretty much on the SC/NC state line on I-77. If you are coming up out of Atlanta, take the loop around to the south of Charlotte (I-485). When it gets to I-77, follow the signs for I-77 South but don't get on I-77. Take the Westinghouse Blvd exit (it's b4 the I-77 get on ramp) and go West to the 1st light and turn right. The street you are looking for is on the left just b4 the road begins a center lane divider and your customer is on the left. Don't go in the 1st gate, enter about halfway down the building and when inside the gate, turn right and go up the hill to the guard shack. No need to stop at the guard shack at the bottom of the hill.popcorn169 and Wickedfire77 Thank this.

I'm kind of tired of false hope and exaggerated claims.
My load had to be taken back by the broker...why? Because our new trailer drop lot has a big electric gate on it that's locked until Monday morning.
Lack of communication, preparation and plain good sense has led me to a breakpoint of high anger, stress and unbelievable frustration.
Imagine seeing those nice shiny empty trailers that can give you another 1k miles...only to be out of reach by an arms length.
Awful Father's Day weekend -
I'll know now, if I ever get there.88 Alpha Thanks this.
