Thanx for the insight. Just saw them on the driver facing camera list. That nixes them.

Yeah, it only activates on super hard brakes, or severe jolting, some roads are crappy enough that it activates. Or if you almost roll over.
I've had it vindicate me, so I'm not opposed to it, but I can see the point of opposition. It does feel like an invasion of privacy, but if it doesn't activate except certain reasons, then it isn't really looking at you all the time.
Sometimes when the light would turn red (activated) for no reason I thought I was lied to, that some person was spying on me.
Then I read the manual, and that it turns red when it's uploading last memory.
    Regardless , I don't really notice it.

I understand the resentment of having a camera facing you in the truck. It's your own space and you don't want it there. But there are cameras everywhere today. I remember years back when cell phones came out with cameras built in to them. A water park in are area some one complained about brining them into the beach houses where people undress. You don't hear a thing about that today, and just about everyone is caring one into every public restroom. I'm using the word you as being people in general.

I'm pizzed when I leave a store, and my phone gets sent a survey. I never gave them permission or my number. Where do they get off?

I highly value my privacy. Probably because privacy is the foundation of most of our freedoms, as well as the king of freedom - liberty. Whether it's my employer, my store, or my government, there is a sacred line I do not want you crossing. On the other side is a coiled rattlesnake.

No it doesn't, but the shipper is giving the benifit of the doubt that he was on vacation for the holiday week, but if by chance he doesn't pay, I'm to move on to Dallas, move his stuff off, unload Dallas, and reload his stuff and bring it back. He agreed to pay for the full round trip, as it's cheaper than building another one of those things he builds. ($10k item)
