    They aren't a certified shop. They have "technicians " not mechanics. There are probably 2-3 guys that know their stuff. All the others do remove/replace. Not really troubleshooting. It's why o/o aren't allowed to get work done there. They aren't a certified shop

    If you want things done right, call the breakdown line for road calls. He won't hesitate to get you fixed. Just do it on weekends or after regular hours.

    I like Mike, just last week blew the turbo, but got it replaced fairly quick @ Detroit shop.

    I just pulled my truck out if the shop, not completely fixed after 2 techs, waiting for parts, and two days I've got to run tomorrow and it's late so enough is enough, finish trying to fix it next time.

    Yes, trying to get real work done in main terminal is a joke. They are just mechanics basic oil change and light bulbs maybe pipe replacement. The guys that got certified, they did not give raises too and they left for better paying jobs.

    On another note did you get to see Matt when he was at main office? He had to have Brandon help him out of a jam in storage facility near by.
